| Our Printing Process Preparing the
screen.
A film positive is made from your artwork and exposed onto a fabric screen that has been
coated with a photosensitive emulsion. The excess emulsion is then washed off the screen
surface, leaving your design as a clear area for the ink to pass through.
Printing on the Poly Skrener.
Our printers insert the balloon into a slot which then inflates the balloon. The balloon
rotates to a station where the screen compresses the balloon to create a flat printing
surface. A squeegee then passes ink across the screen, transferring ink to the side of the
balloon.
